Dr. Byron Norton is a licensed psychologist and a retired Professor of Counseling Psychology in the Professional Psychology Department at the University of Northern Colorado. He has taught and supervised play therapy to graduate students and professionals for over twenty-five years. Dr. Norton is a Registered Play Therapist – Supervisor. Dr. Carol Norton is a licensed psychologist and Registered Play Therapist – Supervisor in private practice in Greeley, Colorado. She specializes in working with children, families and issues current to women. She has over twenty years’ experience in mental health and university teaching. She has given numerous workshops relating to children and women for major universities and professional organizations. She is the Coauthor of the book, Reaching Children Through Play Therapy (1997).
